There isn't quality without safety. With taht simple but very important premise, our work of innovation in the scope of food technology, has managed to make all of our foodstuff offer the absolutely guarantee of hygienic quality with the help of airless packed at modified atmosphere, and this following pasteurization or deepfreezing, depending on the best adaptation for each kind of foodstuff.

Packaging. It keeps the aerobic microorganisms to multiplicate and to go the foods off in a little sentence, protecting their inner part against any outward agent.

Packed at modified atmosphere. We make use of some gases inhibition to lenthen the useful life of foods until 21 days.

Pasteurization. When the airless packaging has finished underdone or after a traditional process, we make foods boiled at soft temperature and high damp, before of a quick refrigeration. This process allows the foods to guarantee the microbiological quality for a cold storage period between 30 and 50 days.
